Lockdown Parent Letter Dear Parent/Guardian: This letter is to inform you that today, Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at approximately 1:00 pm our school went on lockdown after an incident outside of the playground. Restrooms and hallways were cleared, all doors were locked, there was an accounting for all students, and no one was allowed to enter or exit the building. We remained in lockdown until the situation was cleared by the police. The police were called. Sometimes, lockdown situations can frighten students.
